Although Laura has a media presence, the reality is that she studied piano in Barcelona and Paris, and after many years of teaching music, she specialized in Jaques-Dalcroze pedagogy in Switzerland, a technique that combines music, dance, theater, and improvisation. This comprehensive training has shaped her holistic approach to music. Holder of a Master of Arts from the Haute École de Musique de Genève and the Diplôme Supérieur Jaques Dalcroze pedagogy (held by over a hundred people around the world), Laura Andrés also offers master classes and customized workshops to schools, conservatories, and cultural centers around the country.
Almost a forest ranger
#blanc: First musical production:
In 2021 , he was on the verge of quitting music to become a forest ranger. Instead, he released his first album, #blanc , which was awarded an Enderrock Award, consolidating his musical career.
Second international album
Kintsugi: A journey of presentations
In 2022, Laura presented her second album, Kintsugi , which took her to stages in cities such as Lecce (Italy), Brussels, Madrid, Malaga and Barcelona. With this project, she reaffirmed her style and connection with the public.
Musical consecration
VENUS: A new horizon
At the end of 2023, Laura released her third album, VENUS , which begins its tour in 2024. This work establishes her as one of the most outstanding pianists and composers in the country, marking a new chapter in her artistic career.
From festivals to intimate evenings
Festivals and concerts
Laura has performed at prestigious festivals such as Porta Ferrada and the Barcelona Jazz Festival, El GuitarBcn, and various European Piano City shows (Lecce, Madrid). She also embarked on a European tour in 2021, which took her to venues across Europe, from Stockholm and Paris to Rome and Lisbon.

“There is no miscommunication in music,” Laura affirms. Since composition “took hold of her,” she hasn't stopped creating, working on a constant improvisation that reflects her artistic and personal life. Laura Andrés conveys her artistic side on stage, in the media on television, and also as a teacher, with her master classes and presentations.

Laura is a multifaceted artist. She's a pianist, composer, teacher, and trainer, and she has a powerful communicative side. She's capable of making people laugh and move them in equal measure. Among her most surprising accomplishments are working and playing with Shakira; being a teacher of OT in three editions; and then participating in television programs on a one-off or ongoing basis. She has worked alongside Andreu Buenafuente on the program Vosaltres Mateixos, and has collaborated numerous times on radio, television, and podcasts in Spain.
