Pink's characteristic raspy voice was the true "2000 effect" of the turn of the century. Alecia Moore broke into the Olympus of pop divas at a time when Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears were already hot on Madonna's heels. His extravagant hairstyles and his magnetism for breakthrough hits spurred singers such as Dua Lipa, Katy Perry or Adele to dedicate themselves to music. The latter's regular producer, Greg Kurstin, worked with her a decade ago on "Try," a song that appeals to the need to take risks in love. The Catalan adaptation, "Lluitar", is rather a hymn to perseverance, with the sensibility of the good and best of Catalan keys and strings: the DoneStrings trio, the pianist Laura Andrés, the Billows string quartet and the voice of the singer and violinist Marina Prades.
